Epicurean by nature, it was in 2004 that André founded a retail company specialized in brewing. A great lover of beer, he has been able to pass on his passion to his many clients, either through the sale of advice, tasting seminars in hotel schools or even on television. All this in order to put the shoulder to the wheel and contribute in its own way to the rise of microbreweries in Quebec.
